Natalie Montoya is a Technical Associate in the MIT Laboratory for Nuclear Security and Policy. She received her S.B. degree in Nuclear Engineering with minors in Japanese and Energy Studies from MIT in 2021. She previously worked for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace as the 2021-2022 James C. Gaither Junior Fellow in the Nuclear Policy Program. Natalie primarily works on strategic strike options, conventional counterforce, and grid security.
